Please ensure to email from the email you made your order on, and include your order number in the subject. I cannot help you without your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, I unable to modify or cancel it. If you made a mistake, please contact me personally as soon as possible and I will do the best to assist. IG- Imnaapoyang

Can I preorder an item?

Some products may be available for preorder. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.

Where do you ship from?

YANG active some stocks will be shipped from Malaysia. Sone customised pieces will be shipped from mainland, China.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are expected to ship within 3-5 days from our mainland warehouse. Delivery times vary by region and the carrier selected. Malaysia & Singapore estimated 7-10 days from mainland.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

While I do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. But I recommend choosing a secure delivery address to avoid any issues.

If your tracking shows no movement or your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact me at Youngactivewearmy@gmail.com after 7 days of the expected delivery date.

I will investigate the shipment directly with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, I will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.

Return & Exchanged

What is return policy?

My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.

I offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags.

Do you accept exchanges?

I do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Are sale items returnable?

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Duties & Taxes

Will I need to pay customs fees?

Customs duties and taxes depend on your delivery country.

At checkout, I will clearly show whether duties and taxes are:

  • Included in your order total (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), or
  • Charged separately by your local customs office on delivery (Delivered At Place – DAP)

This varies by destination and carrier availability and is displayed in the shipping rates.

I work hard to minimize the fees you incur and will continue to optimize this experience in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently YANG active only accepts DUITNOW , bank transfer & QR pay. Upgrade are on the way.

Duties & Taxes on Returns

For international orders, duties and taxes are not refundable for returns.

If duties and taxes were included in your order total (DDP), these fees are paid to local customs and are non-refundable when an order is returned. Your refund will cover the product price only.

For customers in the European Union, VAT is always refunded for eligible returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I wash my activewear?

I recommend washing in cold water with similar colors using a gentle detergent.

Can I put it in the dryer?

Air drying is recommended to maintain fabric quality and elasticity.

Should I wash before first wear?

Yes, I highly recommend washing before first use for hygiene and freshness.

Is it suitable for hot weather?

Yes, the material is lightweight and breathable, making it ideal for warm and tropical climates.
